1. GLOBAL CASH MANAGEMENT

· Ensure cash is available in right legal entity, in right currency and in right bank a/c without delays, disruption or distraction.
· Forecast free cash flows (FCF) monthly on a rolling 12 month period and identify risks / opportunities to FCF
· Ensure efficient execution of payments, FX trades, and debt servicing. Ensure zero fraud or error on cash.
· Lead bank account strategy, documentation, KYC compliance, and fee negotiations. Minimize trapped cash and direct debits.
· Structuring of tax efficient inter-company loans
