About the RoleTo support the next stage of this journey, the organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and modernise its Finance function. This newly created role reflects the organisation's need for a finance leader who can combine strong financial governance with the capability to simplify complexity, uplift the function and build a more commercially focused, forward-looking approach to finance.Reporting to the Chief Financial & Business Services Officer, the successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team across a complex, multi-entity environment. The successful candidate will inherit an established team and will be expected to lift capability, build resilience, and transform Finance into a trusted, commercially minded partner to the organisation.
