Description
Overview True Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Controller and team in development of the finance and accounting functions, supporting a multi-year ERP implementation, and the broader finance transformation improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role, suited for a finance professional who combines deep accounting expertise with strong skills and a collaborative, operational mindset. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support the Controller with the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Partner to assist in managing the organization’s budgeting and financial analysis and forecasting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reports to support high-level strategic planning for ownership. Partner to support ERP implementation. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable reporting for Executive Leadership. Manage finance process improvement transformation initiatives including development of a new budget and GL process to align with the organization’s mission. Coordinate cross-functional teams for budgetary alignment throughout the organization. Monitor various economic scenarios along with business changes to manage risks and make business recommendations and optimize cash flow. Establish and maintain internal auditing procedures. Liaison with external auditors and advisors. Improve forecasting, inventory accounting, and management reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Eight or more years of related experience required. ERP implementation experience is a plus. Manufacturing or asset-intensive background preferred. MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred.
