ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make an impact across two dynamic markets? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead and shape financial operations in the UK and Netherlands, driving performance, compliance, and innovation across our cluster.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Profound knowledge of accounting and controlling methodologies, policies & procedures and tools with respective track record
  • Very high analytical and reasoning ability
  • Solid strategic and operational management skills
  • Solid people leadership skills and ability to drive change in an international organization
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and to break down strategic priorities into tangible action plans; ability to provide clear focus and guidance in a complex environment

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / LANGUAGES

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance & Controlling within the UK and an international setting.
  • A university degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Dutch is desirable
Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead and support Finance Team and the Cluster Controlling team.
  • Oversee planning, month-end and year-end closing processes (MEC/YEC).
  • Drive standardisation and support shared services implementation.
  • Manage strategic, investment, and operational controlling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with finance and accounting policies and procedures as set by Franke, IFRS and local regulations
  • Lean Management: Increase finance organisation efficiency; reduce transactional costs through Lean Organisation set-up, standardisation and automation
  • Management Reporting: Provides management support to the Cluster Head and other functional heads in the Cluster as sparring partner through Management reporting
  • Control: increase the management benefit of controlling insights while reducing operational costs
