IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expert-level knowledge of Xero; familiarity with FathomHQ highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Solid background in profitability optimization, management reporting, and financial advisory.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities and collaborative mindset.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (CA or CPA preferred).
  • Be able to manage a team (our bookkeepers and younger staff), as well as manage a handful of clients yourself
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $120,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide practical, hands-on financial management and strategic business advisory services.
  • Support the Virtual CFO Advisor by preparing insightful financial analyses, forecasting, reporting, and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Directly engage with clients, helping them navigate significant financial decisions, business expansions, and growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement scalable financial plans tailored to individual business goals.
  • Oversee/manage both our internal bookkeeping team, and guide our client’s bookkeepers
  • Collaborate closely with clients to improve profitability, cash flow, and overall financial health.
