As a Finance Manager, you will support our customers and facilitate a relationship between the customer and various lending institutions. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years in auto sales, sales management or finance management
  • Director experience preferred
  • Experience in selling all Finance products
  • Deal submitting experience and negotiating terms and conditions with the lenders is a must have
  • Knowledge and experience with Dealertrack and RouteOne.
  • Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Must be flexible with work schedule
  • Must have experience with CDK and CRM
