This role is a great opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to step into a position where they can make a real impact. You’ll play a key part in shaping financial performance, working alongside senior leaders, and guiding a small team. With exposure across reporting, forecasting, controls, and project work, this is a role that combines variety with responsibility.

• Ownership of financials – take responsibility for divisional P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and working capital, ensuring strong financial control.
• Team leadership – manage and mentor a small credit control team, supporting their development and ensuring effective debt management.
• Reporting & forecasting – prepare forecasts, analyse variances, and contribute to trading updates and board reporting.
• Performance insight – track key financial measures, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide meaningful analysis to guide decision-making.
• Budget management – lead the budgeting process, collaborating across departments to deliver accurate, aligned budgets.
• Projects & process improvement – strengthen financial processes, support ERP system development, and drive efficiencies within finance operations.
