Responsibilities

Looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
Enjoy the pace and variety of an SME environment but still want the challenge of a senior leadership role?
This could be your next move.
We’re working with a well-established business within the Keighley area who are looking to appoint a qualified Finance Manager to lead their finance function. It’s a hands-on role with strategic influence, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making improvements.
You’ll be managing a small but capable finance team of three, covering all transactional finance including payroll, purchase and sales ledger, and supporting the preparation of the management accounts. You’ll also take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management, while working closely with the wider senior leadership team to shape and deliver the financial strategy.
This is a broad role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who thrives in an SME setting and enjoys seeing the difference their work makes. You’ll also be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks and HMRC, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across the function.
