This role supports decision-making, identifies efficiencies, and provides exceptional leadership across the finance function. Key Responsibilities: Lead the business partnering team, coaching and developing a high-performing finance team Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and organisational goals Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Identify efficiencies and opportunities, driving continuous improvement and system optimisation This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home, with 3 days in the office.
