PART TIME - FINANCE MANAGER – WALTHAM ABBEY BOOKKEEPING | XERO EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow.
    Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and reports to director.

Monitor and report on project and contract profitability.

  • Bookkeeping (Xero)

Perform data entry, invoice management, and bank reconciliations in Xero.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.

Prepare and submit VAT returns.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to inform decision-making.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
Work closely with leadership to align financials with business goals.
