• Steering/Supervising/Developing ZIM Germany’s Accounting team
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external processes/procedures and requirements, which includes legal-, tax-, HR-, reporting-, contractual-, insurance- and other corporate and administrative functions and requirements
• Responsible for reaching teams’ targets and a 100% back-up rate in the small team.
• Full understanding of all accounting tasks and procedures of the team
• Supporting and consulting Country Manager and Region functions

Requirements:

• Certified Accountant (Finance/Accounting/Reporting/Taxes)
• Min. 3 Years of Professional Experience in similar management positions in global companies
• Excellent analytical skills, high reliability and professional behavior
• Leadership skills / high social competency / good interpersonal and investigative skills
• Extended knowledge (Finance & Accounting / MS Office)
• Experiences in SAP and Shipping business are an advantage
• Languages: German Language (Must) / Fluent Business English (Must)
• Willingness to attend regional and global Finance projects
