Description

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Finance & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, balancing accounts and finance responsibilities with wider administration and office management. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the business.
Hours - 9am - 3pm (can be flexible)

Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Debtor management and client payment chasing
  • Invoicing (monthly payroll, ad-hoc, utilities & recharges)
  • Managing client direct debits via GoCardless and taking card payments
  • Updating systems with new fee data and notifying clients of pricing changes
  • Liaising with clients regarding self-assessment rebates

General Administration

  • Client onboarding and offboarding
  • Handling Companies House filings: confirmation statements, name changes, DS01s, share transfers
  • Managing post, scanning, and office supplies

Office & Contract Management

  • Managing serviced office agreements with tenants
  • Overseeing energy contracts, renewals, and other office service contracts (waste, fire, PHS, etc.)
