Job Description The main responsibility of the Finance Officer is to assist the Finance department with financial & administration duties. The role will encompass assisting in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Income Audit duties. Key Responsibilities: Assist with Accounts Payable function, including; processing invoices, monitoring outstanding payments and reconciling vendor statements in a timely manner. Assist with the Accounts Receivable function including daily payment allocation, timely credit collection, credit card reconciliations and resolving credit card chargebacks. Assist with General Cashiering including daily banking Provide month end accruals and assist with the Hotel’s month end reporting process. Assist with any other tasks provided by the Assistant Financial Controller or Director of Finance. Any other tasks as requested by your manager Qualifications Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Understanding of financial procedures, systems, and policies, with advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and financial software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable to change, and a role model of integrity, flexibility, and Accor’s Heartist culture and values Additional Information As part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, we offer global career pathways, exclusive Ambassador benefits, and access to industry-renowned training through the Accor Hotels Academy.
