Job Description The Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Team as a Finance Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in hospitality finance within a supportive, global hotel brand. Key Responsibilities Accurate and timely data entry of invoices and payments Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately Complete invoice summaries and month-end accruals on time Ensure correct general ledger coding of invoices Perform daily credit card reconciliations General administrative duties, including filing Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner Match and post payments to outstanding invoices Respond promptly to debtor inquiries Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain aged debtor balances in line with policy Assist with payroll processing as required Qualifications What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an accounts or finance role A recognised degree in Accountancy is highly regarded Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with department heads High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with financial systems such as Opera and SUN is desirable Additional Information What You’ll Enjoy Learn Your Way – personalised development plans and career growth Incredible staff discounts across all Accor properties and restaurants worldwide Work with an industry leader in a dynamic, supportive team Career progression opportunities across a global network of hotels Ready to bring your passion for finance into hospitality?
