REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is essential
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Handle cash management and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting.
• Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
• Improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff.
• Participate in shared corporate activities and uphold ALPA values.
• Perform other duties as directed.
