Basic salary: Up to S$3000/month

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office and SAP accounting system is an added advantage

Responsibilities

To prepare the related monthly AP payment and SOA reconciliation
Monitor balance sheet items and liaise with the respective PICs to resolve outstanding matters
Post related AP transactions / journal entries
Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete preparation of daily carrier remittances for both first and second batches, serving as backup
Serve as the initial approver/reviewer of all invoices submitted through the e-Procurement system
Support the portfolio of other team members through a buddy system
Provide support for internal & external audits
