• Processing medium to high volume invoices
• Creating and assisting staff with purchase orders
• Matching PO’s with supplier invoices
• Following up staff and suppliers in resolving PO/invoice discrepancies
• Assisting the accountant and accounts payable team with any ad-hoc duties
• General administration duties and reception cover when needed
