ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Dovida is seeking a permanent full time Finance officer for our Melbourne Outer East office which is based in Scoresby. This role includes a mixture of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience. The role would primarily focus on accurately processing and timely paying vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the team improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts receivable
• Process accounts payable
• Month end reconciliation and reporting
• Process monthly client invoicing
• Prepare administration and financial reports for management as required including accounts receivable, accounts payable and operational scorecards.
• Manage aging debtors to ensure all invoices are paid within an appropriate timeframe.
