The Role
As a Finance Officer/ Analyst at Keyton, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across our portfolio of retirement villages. This dynamic position involves managing resident billing, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and driving process improvements to optimise cash flow. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis.
This is a parental leave coverage position ending September/October 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly resident service fee billing for a portfolio of villages with accuracy and care.
  • Oversee accounts receivable monitor balances and providing advice to village team when needed
  • Oversee accounts payable including processing vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, and reconcile vendor statements
  • Daily cash management including recording bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations for allocated villages.
  • Identify and implement ways to streamline financial operations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support financial integrity.

Your Background

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
