• Process contract variations and update project records in the Finance and Research Administration Systems
• Facilitate timely and accurate invoicing and financial reporting in compliance with contractual requirements
• Ongoing, part-time (0.5 FTE) role based in Launceston

• Review contract agreements and implement existing processes to ensure all financial obligations are captured in the University’s Research Administration System. This includes data required to establish new projects and associated budgets in the Finance System.
• Ensure invoices to funding providers are raised on a timely basis and in accordance with the contract.
• Action contract variations, including associated amendments to the project record in the Finance System and the University’s Research Administration System, and any necessary adjustments invoicing and financial reporting requirements.
• Monitor the Finance Research Support shared inbox and ServiceNow inbox, escalating queries where required to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely and customer focused manner.
• Support development and maintenance of procedural documentation for all areas of responsibility.
• Assist with other duties which may be reasonably required within the role’s classification level, for which the incumbent has received adequate training and instruction.
