Job Description Job Summary To support the Finance Department in daily Inventory and Treasury operations, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely processing of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Assist in Inventory and Treasury operations, including transaction processing and record maintenance. Monitor and reconcile inventory-related accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support cash management activities, including payment processing and bank reconciliations. Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit activities. Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Participate in process improvement. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
