Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as the Finance Officer your role will involve:

• Responsible for the day-to-day control of the charity’s finances and cashflow management
• Maintain the nominal ledger, purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and monitoring cashflow
• Manage monthly payroll working alongside external party
• Support fundraising team through production of financial reports when required
• Support projects in budgeting and financial reporting
• Line manage the Finance & Administration team
• Oversight of procurement processes, tenders and contract whilst evaluating value for money
• Duty Manager responsibilities: one in every five weekends on rota you will participate in the role of Duty Manager. Acting as a point of contact for operational oversight, H&S and visitor management whilst acting as key-holder
