Your high level of accuracy, proactive approach, and eye for detail will ensure the smooth back end running of Hotel X.  Every day is different, but mostly you will:  * Manage accounts receivable and payable (invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation)  * Perform bank reconciliations and recording transactions  * Maintain records in the accounting system and organise financial documentation  * Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports  * Organise and file accounting records for audit and compliance purposes  * Support the Finance Manager with the daily finance workflow  * Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Front Office, Housekeeping) for accurate expense tracking  * Assist in internal and external audit processes     WHO WILL YOUR WORK WITH?  You’ll love coming to work with a team that strives for excellence day in, day out.
