Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Kanda is currently seeking three motivated Finance Officers to support key financial processes. Working closely with the Finance Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in delivering accurate and timely finance operations that support our national services from our Bundaberg office. This is a full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entering accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Processing of weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations.
  • Managing debtor collections and associated reporting.
  • Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests.
  • Providing administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements.
  • Assisting in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing.
