JOB SUMMARY

Our client has a credible history of organising and galvanising action for the enactment and formulation of legal and policy frameworks to advance gender equality and eliminate sexual and gender-based violence. They started operations in October 2017 to complement the program and policy efforts of the government in advancing intersectional gender equality and eliminating all forms of sexual and gender-based violence which undermine women’s potential, agency, and freedom. Our client is seeking a dedicated finance officer whose responsibility will be to process financial transactions, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to facilitate effective financial management within the organization.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, and ACCA (or in progress) are an added advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office(e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
