FINANCE OFFICER – BE PART OF OUR GROWTH STORY

Location: Bristol (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | Level: AAT Qualified
We’re My Cookie Dough, a fast-growing dessert brand with operations in the UK and internationally. From our direct retail stores to our international franchise network and production facility supporting wholesale, we’re scaling up—and we need a reliable, ambitious Finance Officer to help maintain the financial controls and foundations to support our next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone AAT-qualified (or equivalent) who enjoys the detail of daily processing—sales and purchase ledger, payroll support, stock accounting—but is also ready to take on more. You’ll be working across multiple entities, gaining exposure to international operations, and contributing to broader management reporting as we evolve.
We’re not just looking for someone to do the work—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the role as the business grows.

Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day sales and purchase ledger processes
  • Supporting payroll collation and reconciliation
  • Contributing to month-end and stock accounting
  • Assisting with management reports and intercompany activity
