Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide vital financial and administrative support that helps keep our operations running efficiently and compliantly. This site-based role also contributes to divisional-level outcomes, offering exposure across the broader business.

  • All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, goods receipting, and payment runs in the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate sales quotes, orders, and customer account documentation.
  • Support despatch with correct records and chain of custody compliance.
  • Process timesheets for payroll and site-related expenses through Concur.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain production and downtime data.
  • Keep organised electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations by providing reliable administrative support to the site team
