£27,711 TO £29,093 PRO RATA - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE (SALARY SHOWN FOR FULL TIME HOURS OF 35)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our Finance Team. Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity is an award winning community business with many different and unique projects and business areas. From Community Transport to Health and Wellbeing Services, a Vineyard and Heritage tearoom and Museum the role will never be dull!

Working directly to the Director of Finance and Business Services your role as Finance Officer will be to assist in all areas of finance including: -

  • Invoice processing
  • Payments
  • Reconciliation
  • Credit Control

The ideal applicant will have:

  • An Accounting qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working with accountancy spreadsheets
  • Experience of SAGE or other accounting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work with minimal supervision
