JOB VACANCY: PART-TIME FINANCE OFFICER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Raith Rovers FC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the club on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations at Stark’s Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is looking for flexible, part-time hours within a dynamic and community-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the club’s purchase and sales ledger, processing invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and cashflow records.
• Execute payroll preparation and processing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with board reporting.
• Assist with budget monitoring and forecasting.
• Ensure VAT and other compliance requirements and payments are met.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and suppliers.
• Provide general financial administration to support the wider operations of the club.
