Responsibilities

The primary role of the Finance Officer is intended to provide administrative and financial support to the accountants as well as to build good relationships with suppliers and clients of Redpath Australia and other related entities to resolve all account issues on timely basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure supplier invoices, credit card statements and expense reports are keyed accurately in ESI-AP (Electronic Supplier Interface) on a timely basis
  • Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable procedures and updating documents in System Documents
  • Assist with reconciliations as requested
  • Comply with internal controls when issuing payments
