We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Officer to join our Sales Ledger team.

JOB SUMMARY

You will make up a team of 3 in a busy Sales Ledger Team. Sales Ledger performs a vital role in ensuring a regular monthly income by processing invoices, collecting payments, and responding to queries in a timely manner.

• Manual processing of Sales invoices in Solar and Xledger accounting system
• Use fee schedules and currency report for pricing and mark-ups.
• Recharging Accounts Payable invoices to Transplant Centers
• Raising invoices as requested from our Labs and Search teams
• Deliver weekly import of Solar invoice files into Xledger accounting system, ensuring accuracy of data and distribution to customers
• Extensive query management
• Credit Control and debt chasing
• Customer account reconciliations
• Occasionally assist the Purchase Ledger team if there are gaps in cover
