ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you highly organised, analytical, and passionate about delivering excellent customer-focused finance services?
We are looking for a Finance Officer (Service Charges) to join our Finance team on both a permanent and a fixed term nine-month contract to cover maternity leave.
Based at our Brindley Place office with hybrid working, this is a great opportunity to take on a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent service charge calculations for our customers.
Youll be involved in the service charge cycle, from estimating future costs to calculating actuals costs, ensuring charges are fair, reasonable, clear, and well understood. Working closely with many teams across the organisation, you will help maintain data accuracy, calculate service charges, and support colleagues in delivering excellent financial services.
