Job Description As a finance officer you are responsible to execute the financial day-to-day administration of a number of smaller/less complex contracts and/or entities including the monthly closing and provision of accurate management information on actuals, budgets and forecasts. Your responsibilities as Finance Officer: Execute the financial administration (GL) for one or more assigned contracts/entities. Prepare the monthly balance sheet files. Run the monthly closing process, including Inter Company reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, movement schedules) and management reports (analysis). Prepare budgets and forecasts. Monitor and control the SSC activities and the right valuation and depreciation of assigned fixed assets. Prepare and submit tax-filings in compliance with local legislation as well as the annual financial statements. Participate in internal and external audits. Monitor and ensure a proper filing of relevant documents. Participate in Finance Projects and contribute to the development and optimization of financial processes. Your qualities You can make your mark as a Finance Officer if you have: Bachelor degree such as, Finance & Control or Accountancy. Relevant work experience 1-3 years. Experienced in handling smaller (multiple) administrations, contracts and/or entities., preferably in the Marine and/or Oil and Gas Industry.
