Job Description: Job Summary The Cash on Delivery (COD) Coordinator serves as the primary link between Center Operations, customers, and various UPS departments. The role ensures timely and accurate collection of COD funds and proper reconciliation and payout to customers for VOG shipments. The coordinator is responsible for adhering to established UPS policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. This position includes general administrative responsibilities such as report preparation, data compilation from multiple sources, coordinating small-scale projects, and performing day-to-day office tasks including data entry, document auditing, correspondence management, and handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and ECM related to UK–IE shipments. Prepare and follow up on daily cashbooks and reconciliation statements. Coordinate with Cashiering Centers to track missing or delayed payments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly COD-related reports. Manage exceptions such as rejected payments and internal department queries. Maintain and track Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs for all COD shipments. Work from office as per operational requirements. Skill Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting stringent deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Strong reasoning, research capabilities, and decision‑making skills. Basic accounting knowledge (cashbooks, journal entries). Ability to maintain high accuracy in reporting. Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Pre‑Requisites Flexibility with shift timings and working days based on business requirements. Strong customer orientation with sound understanding of customer service processes. Self‑driven, persuasive, and influential in communication.
