Key Responsibilities * Verify and process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and timely * Assist in tracking and monitoring outstanding invoices * Assist with month‑end closing activities, including preparation of journals and balance sheet * Perform regular supplier reconciliation and handle payment queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders * Maintain updated supplier information in the system * Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements * Assist with finance ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor / Manager   Requirements * Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field * Basic accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Willingness to learn in a retail, high‑volume environment * Comitted and reliable Watsons Malaysia is part of AS Watsons Group, the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer operating over 16,000 stores under 12 retail brands in 28 markets, with over 130,000 employees worldwide.
