Description
The Role: We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to grow in financial operations and values accuracy. This role will play a key part in supporting our company's next growth phase by ensuring smooth financial processes, compliance, and reporting. You'll be trusted to take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliver with precision. Key Responsibilities: Understand the company's daily financial operations and settlement procedures. Support trade operations and settlement team with reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) Coordinate with auditors, the Audit Committee, and internal teams for reviews and audits Manage books of accounts: petty cash, bank reconciliations, expense booking, travel expenses, filing, and bookkeeping Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on time, including group reporting Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, Income Tax, etc.) as per timelines Handle filing of returns, tax payments, and ensure all statutory obligations are met Create and maintain MIS reports in Advanced Excel for management review Ideal Candidate: Graduate in Accounting/Finance; a professional qualification is a plus 2 - 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations Strong command of Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting) Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn Why Join Us: Young, energetic team that knows how to balance work and fun Great food and endless tea/coffee on the house Work that makes a real impact, improving cancer diagnostics across the globe Doctors love our product, and you'll be part of a value chain that saves lives Be surrounded by talented peers who constantly raise the bar
