We have an exciting opportunity within the Finance Operations Team for a Finance Operations Administrator based at our Peterborough Head Office. This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contract. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office-based working, the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Peterborough, which will be your contractual workplace.
As a Finance Operations Administrator you will be responsible for creating and sending out adhoc sales invoices, updating cashbooks and posting cash, dealing with postal income and updating systems with payments received, updating Direct Debit amounts with information from our donors, indexing and managing the online document workflow and answering phone queries.
This role is ideal for a candidate who can work across multiple priorities quickly and accurately, be confident with IT systems, be flexible and adaptable to change, and have excellent communication skills. You don’t need to have experience of working in a finance team, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn about finance and enjoys working as part of a busy team.
