Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to our Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our touring financial operations - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth financial workflows across our Touring division. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone detail-obsessed, eager to grow, and excited to play a key part in shaping unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct permit costing reviews and ensure all required permits and expected costs are accurately updated. Maintain and update staff instruction manuals, verifying attraction times, costings, and payment methods. Update payment methods and rates for all attraction suppliers across Tour Manager and internal spreadsheets. Complete weekly invoice reconciliations and approvals. Act as a Coupa Super User, supporting the guest experience team with purchasing setup and guidance. Approve touring operational costs in Coupa and Microsoft NAV. Review and update tour costings quarterly by comparing past invoices with current rates to ensure accuracy. Liaise with external suppliers to collect outstanding invoices and maintain strong relationships. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual permit reconciliations for regions including the Kimberley and Arnhem Land. Manage end-of-month processes, including coding, journal uploads, corporate credit card reviews, and budget reconciliation. Support financial analysis by tracking costs related to all-inclusive beverages, tour disruptions, and other operational factors. Provide additional support to the Finance Business Partner and Senior Finance Manager as required. ABOUT YOU: You’re organised, curious, and ready for hands-on exposure in finance within a dynamic, purpose-driven business. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to deepen your finance administration experience, you will bring: Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially advanced in Excel. Familiarity with Coupa and Microsoft NAV (or the willingness to learn fast). Excellent attention to detail and confident problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred). Clear, confident communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external suppliers. A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in supporting operational success.
