Description
  SUMMARY Builds financial models, supports and ensures revenue accuracy, and contributes to the design of scalable reporting infrastructure. Partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. Finance Operations & Revenue Assurance 1. Owns and manages revenue assurance processes, ensuring billing accuracy and completeness across client accounts.  2. Owns the administration of Sales commissions for Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Independent Contractors. 3. Partners with the FP&A Manager to develop pricing analysis to support new pricing strategies and rate structures.  4. Partners with the pricing committee to model pricing scenarios and evaluate margin impact.  5. Monitors accounts receivable metrics (e.g., DSO) and supports initiatives to reduce collection cycle times.  6. Assists with NetSuite ERP administration, including invoice workflows, revenue recognition, and financial reporting configuration.  7. Reconciles billing pass-through fees to provide margin assurance and escalate discrepancies for resolution.  Reporting & Business Intelligence 8. Designs, builds, and maintains reports and dashboards in NetSuite and Power BI to support Finance and Operational leadership.  9. Partners with Data & Analytics Manager to support Microsoft Fabric / Lakehouse architecture (Bronze-Silver-Gold medallion model) to deliver clean, reliable data for reporting.  10. Develops and optimizes DAX measures, semantic models, and Power BI datasets to support self-service analytics.  11. Writes and maintains SQL queries and data pipelines to support financial reporting and data validation.  12. Collaborates with the Principal Data Architect and BI team on data modeling, Direct Lake configuration, and deployment pipelines.  13. Automates recurring financial reports and data workflows using Python and Excel-based tools.  14. Maintains version-controlled code and reporting assets using Git/GitHub.  ADDITIONAL DUTIES 1. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
