We are looking for a detail orientated Finance Operations Analyst to be a vital part of our team.

In this role, strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as your primary focus will be to align bank transactions related to policyholder payments, adviser commissions, and claims. Your responsibilities will also include verifying and matching general ledger entries to ensure accuracy, addressing problems both independently and collaboratively with other departments within Guardian to maintain smooth operations, support a robust control, and implement changes to processes.
Effective communication and critical thinking skills are also essential for this position, as you will be working alongside our Operations and Finance teams, managing complex reconciliations and ensuring seamless operations by closely collaborating with the Operations and Finance teams. You will identify, propose, and implement ways to streamline processes and improvements to resolve issues, to reduce errors and improve service, therefore enhancing both customer service and efficiency as needed.
