Your role Core ownerships • Reporting into Financial Operations Manager & working alongside Senior Fin Ops Exec • Purchase Order matching • Supplier invoice processing & payments Role responsibilities • Monthly processing of AP workflow cycle • Capture & upload of supplier invoices with OCR tool • Purchase Order matching or data entry of supplier invoices • Supplier invoice & Order query management • Reconciliation to supplier account statements • Preparation of supplier payments within agreed deadlines • Online bank payment file preparation • Credit Card charge review, allocation & reconciliations • Daily Monitor of AP team mailboxes • General AR understanding including but not restricted to: o Sales Order review, leading to sales billing & delivery o Client billing & query management – internal & external o Effective cash collection & allocation through best practice Credit Control procedures o Debtor Statement distribution • Support Finance & Agency teams with financial requests, training or order workflow matters Skills and experience Experience: • Previous experience within an AP role for at least 1 year • Knowledge of fundamental accounting practices • Degree or alternative Higher Education qualifications • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills and general tech savviness with systems Our Culture We’re immensely proud of the vibrant culture at The Kite Factory. Responsibilities

Role duties include managing the full AP workflow cycle, handling supplier queries, performing reconciliations, and preparing supplier payments.
