I am looking for a Finance Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for my client's finance team. This role involves managing order-to-cash processes and acting as a central liaison between finance, sales, and customer success. You will ensure smooth operations from order entry and invoicing to accounts receivable management, thereby making a significant contribution to the company's success.
Responsibilities
Communication with customers and internal interfaces such as Sales, Customer Success and Finance
Conducting KYC and compliance processes as well as maintaining customer and supplier master data.
Responsibility for the operational processing of new orders, contract extensions and contract amendments
Ensuring timely and correct invoicing
Monitoring of incoming payments and support in accounts receivable management
Conducting account reconciliations in cooperation with Finance and Accounting.
Maintaining customer accounts and ensuring high data qualit
