· Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

· 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or financial operations
· Familiarity with nonprofit finance is a plus but not required
· Experience working with external accountants or auditors
· Understanding of GAAP principles and basic financial reporting
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
