Description
Support the planning, reporting and commission processes on the calculation, analysis and tools deployment, contributing with improvement proposals or best in class identified processes in any division. Help on the commissions task, by participating in the accrual and payout calculation, integrate the Commission implementation project for EMEA. Collaborate on the month-end close activities: Collaborate with the owners of the divisions and geographies assigned in creating the reports, liaising with the FP&As to identify information updates and improvement areas, understanding gaps. Contribute to accelerate projects by actively participating, creating an open communication channel with the users, gathering business requirements, involving them in the testing phase, incorporate feedbacks on the scope, Understand EMEA forecasting process and periods to be a key element in the definition and load of the estimations from the six divisions and 73 countries involved. Studying a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Business related field. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
