My Jewellery is growing incredibly fast. With boutiques in multiple countries, a strong e-commerce proposition, marketplaces, wholesale, and international ambitions, the complexity of our financial operation is also increasing.

As Finance Operations Lead, you play a key role in further professionalizing our finance organization. You are responsible for the operational financial processes and ensure that transactions are processed correctly, completely, and on time. In doing so, you lay the foundation for a reliable and efficient financial closing.

You lead the Finance Operations team and work closely with Controlling and the CFO. In doing so, you look not only at what is needed today, but especially at how processes can be set up smarter, faster, and more scalable tomorrow. You actively contribute to improving systems, automation, and working methods so that Finance is ready for further international growth.

You are not looking for a traditional accounting management role. You get energy from improving processes, building teams, and creating structure in a dynamic environment. Your tasks

Finance Operations

• Responsible for the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Ensuring the efficient processing of sales, purchase, and payment flows.
• Ensuring the timely and correct processing of transactions across various countries and sales channels.
• Responsible for the quality of sub-administrations and operational reconciliations.
• Optimizing cash conversion and working capital processes.
• Monitoring the quality and reliability of operational financial data.

Accounting & Financial Control

• Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensuring the quality of balance sheet and profit and loss items.
• Responsible for balance sheet files and accounting compliance.
• Assisting with audit and annual financial statement processes.
• Monitoring internal control and financial reliability.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Identifying automation opportunities within Finance.
• Optimizing financial processes and working methods.
• Implementing and monitoring AI solutions within transactional finance processes.
• Contribute to a faster, more efficient, and scalable closing.

Leadership

• Leading the Finance Operations team.
• Developing employees and increasing ownership within the team.
• Promoting continuous improvement and process thinking.
• Act as the substantive point of contact for operational finance issues.
