Description Serve as Rock Church & Academy’s primary on-site financial resource, providing the in-person bridge between Rock Church and the outsourced accounting and virtual CFO partner. This role ensures that day-to-day financial activity runs smoothly on the ground by managing the operational touchpoints that require a local presence: cash handling, tuition administration, donor and vendor communication, staff support, and internal coordination. The Finance & Operations Manager is the connective tissue between our remote accounting partner and every staff member, family, and vendor who interacts with our finances locally. Requirements Serve as the primary internal liaison to outsourced accounting partner, ensuring all information flows accurately and on time in both directions so the remote team can deliver their work without disruption. Ensure the integrity of all on-site financial processes — count room, tuition billing, AP documentation— through consistent, detail-oriented execution and strong internal controls. Be the trusted, in-person point of contact for all Rock Church & Academy staff, families, and vendors with finance-related questions, needs, or concerns.
Responsibilities
