ABOUT THE JOB

Simple Mining is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join a dynamic team! The
Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for providing financial and clerical support
and to ensure efficiency and accuracy of operations. The Finance Operations Manager will
be responsible for invoicing, billing, payroll and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep track of incoming invoices and make sure they’re processed on time
  • Handle outgoing payments, follow up with clients on overdue invoices, and make sure

everything balances in the accounts

  • Answer any billing questions clients have, help resolve issues, using clear

communication

  • Assist with payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Manage and respond to accounting emails promptly
  • Reach out to clients who have overdue accounts, remind them about payments, and

help clear up any concerns

  • Keep track of any outstanding payments
  • Data entry (such as invoices, receipts, payments) into accounting systems.
  • Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
  • Any other financial tasks as they come up

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks)
  • Proficiency with G-Suite
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
