SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Xero and advanced Excel skills (report building, data analysis).
• Proven experience in managing multi-entity financial operations and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of UK compliance, VAT, CIS, PAYE, and Companies House filings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
