Overview The main purpose of the role is to perform and support the finance operations functions and all reconciling items are completed timely: * Bank reconciliation * Clearing account reconciliation * Investment unit reconciliation * Cash flow monitoring and management * Cheques handling or monitoring * Assist the team with all enquires * Assist the business with all enquires  For and on behalf of our clients to provide best practice to the Company’s clients and to the satisfaction of the company’s internal needs.   Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus  * Support the Finance Operations team to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, strategy, and objective * Implement standardisation of business processes to drive operational performance * Support Senior Analysts in regular review of work practices/procedures to identify opportunities to improve quality or productivity * Participate in ad hoc projects and/or tasks which provide value added service and a reduction in operational risk to the MUFG Group which facilitate retention of existing profitable business and profitable growth of the client portfolio Operational Management  * Bank reconciliations prepared, with all exceptions investigated and cleared * Clearing account reconciliations prepared, with all exceptions investigated and cleared * Investment unit reconciliations prepared, with all exceptions investigated and cleared * Cash flow monitoring and management * Cheques monitoring * Provide status update on daily bank reconciliation, cash flow management and investment unit reconciliation * To adhere to Finance Operations processes People Leadership  * Guide and train new team member(s) as when needed.
