Role Overview: As our Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll contribute significantly to our financial success. You’ll provide essential support in financial management tasks at Rever Plastics Systems, LLC, located in Clyde, Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Over 3 years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing context.
• Solid understanding of standard costing and ERP/internal control systems.
• Familiarity with IQMS and Planful is advantageous.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Exceptional communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to process optimization and detail.
• Dedication to enhancing business and financial performance.

• Maintain standard cost records and analyze influencing cost factors.
• Manage fixed assets and oversee capital project expenditures.
• Ensure compliance and analysis of leasing contracts.
• Assist with monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports and special projects data.
• Play a key role in budget preparation and strategic financial projections.
• Support audit processes with accurate documentation.
• Engage in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Collaborate on special projects to enhance leadership initiatives.
